SUNA is a small but very distinct neighborhood. Closest to the University of Oregon, SUNA boasts the greatest density of historic homes in Eugene from Craftsman Bungalows to the large historic homes along University Avenue. SUNA’s side walks and proximity to shopping, parks, the university, excellent 4j grade schools and wonderful eateries, make it an ideal neighborhood to stroll through and meet your neighbors on your way to work or play. We take pride in our landscaping and older growth trees and fauna.
