This Home was designed by Graham Smith and built by Arnt Tee for the Rubensteins. Mr. Rubensteinf founded Rubenstein Furniture Company in 1915. Berry RUbenstein, his grandson, grew up in this home. It is a one and one-half story Tudor style house.
