It’s a subtle change, so subtle that you may not have noticed…but you can thank the The Public Works Maintenance Division, Traffic Operations crew for helping to keep us safe this year. During the summer (2015) the TO crew hit the SUN streets to finally sure-up every stop sign and street sign post in the neighborhood. No more thick wooden posts stuck like so many tooth picks in the dirt… we now can proudly point to our shiny sleek new metal posts cemented solidly into the ground and be confident that they will still be standing in that same spot after each home game, halloween night or random party evening. Thank you City of Eugene. Thank you.
